10 Tips to minimize jet Lag
Preparation:
1. Do not worry about having a jet lag, that makes it worse.
2. Adjust your internal clock.
3. Advance planning for caffeine intake and light exposure.
4. Get a good night's sleep
On Flight:

6. Use the flight to rest
7. Drinking water helps
After Arrival:
8. Limit naps on the first days
9. Avoid short naps during the day. Stay awake & sleep at early local bedtime.
